Requesting a club account

The request starts with the existing Contact form. It is a short introduction, not a formal application or a required sales conversation.

  1. Open the Contact form and select Interested in using Gymkhana Tools as the inquiry type.
  2. Enter your club name. The field stays optional for other kinds of inquiries, but it helps identify your club when requesting an account.
  3. In the Message field, tell us a little about your club and the kinds of events you hold.

You may also include your general location, approximate event size, or approximate number of riders if that context would be useful. A brief description is enough.

Gymkhana Tools does not require a subscription, purchase, consultation, sales call, scheduled demo, payment, or donation before a nonprofit riding club can request access.

What happens next

After the form is submitted:

  1. Paul reviews the request.
  2. He contacts the club by email if more information is needed or to explain the next step.
  3. If Gymkhana Tools is a good fit for the club, a club account is created.
  4. The initial club administrator receives the information needed to begin.

Club-account review and provisioning are handled manually outside this public website. The website collects only the initial inquiry.
